Adrenaline hunters, welcome to the North Face of <\/strong>Pramecou<\/strong>, one of the most extreme descents in the Tignes \u2013 Val <\/strong>d\u2019Is\u00e8re<\/strong> ski area<\/strong>. With a sustained 50\u00b0 gradient over 300 vertical <\/strong>metres<\/strong>, this iconic line is reserved for highly skilled freeriders capable of managing speed, exposure and snow conditions in a very technical high-mountain environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This couloir stands out for its consistent steepness, long drop (over 1000m vertical<\/strong>) and the absolute precision it demands. Make no mistake: this is far beyond recreational skiing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An hour Approach Before the Drop<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From the top of the funicular, the Grande Motte cable car, or the Lanches lift, it\u2019s about a one-hour skin to the summit of the Pramecou.
 It\u2019s primarily an opportunity to assess the conditions and ensure the snow is stable enough to tackle such a steep slope. The couloir only comes into view at the very end, revealing its full steepness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the top, the entry is tight, steep and often filled with hard-packed or tracked snow<\/strong>. You must be able to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
